This is hands down one of my favourite places to unwind after a long week! The range of craft beers is remarkable, featuring options that you won’t find anywhere else in the area. I particularly enjoyed the seasonal ale – a smooth, hoppy delight. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about their offerings and always ready with a recommendation. I also must mention the atmosphere; it’s friendly and relaxed, perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying a quiet evening. The only area for improvement I noticed was the food service timing; it felt a bit slow during peak hours. However, it’s all part of the charm, and the food was well worth the wait. Overall, a fantastic spot that I highly recommend!

I had an absolutely lovely time! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were simply delightful. I tried the steak and ale pie, and it was just divine – so hearty and flavourful! The place felt like a real gem, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. My only suggestion would be to expand the dessert menu a little; I'd love to see some more options for a sweet finish. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I had a great evening here with friends. The live music was a lovely touch and really created a vibrant atmosphere. The drinks selection was impressive, too, with a range of ales and cocktails to choose from. I had the burger, which was tasty but slightly overcooked for my liking. Still, the friendly service made up for it! I’ll definitely be back to enjoy another night out and try something different from the menu.

I had a delightful experience at this pub! The ambience was cosy, with a lovely mix of locals and visitors alike. I enjoyed a hearty Sunday roast, which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and I appreciated how attentive they were without being intrusive. I did notice that the wine selection could be expanded, as I had a bit of trouble finding something that suited my taste. Still, the overall experience was fantastic, and I can’t wait to return to try more from the menu and enjoy another round of drinks with friends!

What a hidden treasure! I stumbled upon this pub while exploring the area, and I was instantly charmed by its rustic decor and friendly vibe. I ordered a pint of their local craft beer, which was refreshing and perfectly chilled. The staff treated me like an old friend, and I felt right at home. I also tried the fish and chips, and it was the best I’ve had in ages! Crispy batter and fluffy chips – simply fantastic. My only minor feedback would be that the seating could be a bit more comfortable, especially if you're planning to stay for a few hours. All in all, I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
